Irish Whiskey from an undisclosed distillery

The Glendalough Distillery was set up by a group of friends from Wicklow and Dublin with a passion for reviving the heritage of craft distilling in Ireland. Together they built a craft distillery near Glendalough in the Wicklow mountains.

The Glendalough Pot Still was made from a 1:2 mash bill of malted and unmalted Irish barley, matured for 3 years in a Bourbon cask and up to a year in Irish oak casks, and bottled at 43% abv.
